Delivery & returns

What it costs, how long it takes, and how to send something back.

Datasheets on every line
IEC certificates, performance curves and warranty terms attached to the product, not emailed on request.
Design checked before dispatch
Send a roof plan and we will sanity-check string lengths and inverter sizing at no cost.
Pallet delivery to site
Panels go by pallet to a site address with a booked delivery window, not a courier who leaves them at a neighbour.

Delivery

Standard delivery is charged at checkout and the estimate shown there is the one we work to. Orders placed before the cut-off on a working day are picked the same day.

Returns

Tell us within the return window and we will send a label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the goods are back with us, usually within three working days.

Faulty goods are refunded or replaced whatever the window, which is your right in law and not a concession.
