This 420W panel uses N-Type TOPCon cell technology across 108 half-cut cells (6x18) in Jinko's Tiger Neo line, built in the black-frame '-V' finish (black anodised aluminium frame with a light backsheet) and fitted with Jinko's own JK03M connector. SMBB busbar technology and Hot 2.0 processing are used to improve light capture and reduce light and elevated-temperature induced degradation. The module measures 1722x1134x30mm and weighs 22kg, rated at 21.51% efficiency and dual-rated to 1000V or 1500V DC maximum system voltage. It is certified to withstand 2400 Pa wind load and 5400 Pa snow load, and carries IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 certification. The panel carries a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty, with annual degradation limited to 0.40% and at least 87.4% of rated output retained after 30 years.
