This 440W panel uses N-Type TOPCon cell technology across 108 half-cut cells (54x2) in Jinko's Tiger Neo line, finished all-black with a black anodised aluminium frame. SMBB busbar technology is used to improve light capture and current collection. The module measures 1762x1134x30mm and weighs 21.0kg, rated at 22.02% efficiency with a 1000V DC maximum system voltage. It is certified to withstand 6000 Pa front and 4000 Pa rear static load, and carries IEC 61215:2021 and IEC 61730:2023 certification. The panel carries a 25-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty, retaining at least 87.4% of rated output after 30 years.
