The JA Solar DeepBlue 4.0 Pro JAM54D41-445/LB is a 445W n-type TOPCon bifacial module built from 108 half-cut monocrystalline cells in a 54-cell double-glass, all-black layout. Front-side efficiency is 22.3%, with rear-side bifacial gain of around 80%. It weighs 22kg and has an IP68-rated junction box with 3 diodes and 1.6mm front and back glass. The module is rated for 1500V DC systems and carries a 25-year product warranty with a 30-year linear performance warranty, certified to IEC 61215, IEC 61730, UL 61215 and UL 61730. This is the Low Carbon manufacturing variant of the standard JAM54D41 LB all-black line.
