The JA Solar DeepBlue 4.0 Pro JAM54D40-460/LB is a 460W n-type TOPCon bifacial module built from 108 half-cut monocrystalline cells in a 54-cell double-glass layout with a black frame. Front-side efficiency is 23.0%, with rear-side bifacial gain of around 80%. It measures 1762 x 1134 x 30mm, weighs 22kg, and has an IP68-rated junction box with 3 diodes and 1.6mm front and back glass. Cabling is 4mm2 (IEC) / 12 AWG (UL) terminated in QC 4.10-351 / MC4-EVO2A connectors, and the module is rated for 1500V DC systems with a NOCT of 45°C. It is certified to IEC 61215, IEC 61730, UL 61215 and UL 61730, and carries a 25-year product warranty with a 30-year linear performance warranty. This is the Low Carbon manufacturing variant of the standard JAM54D40 LB line.
