470W REC Alpha Pure-RX HJT N-Type 54 All Black MC4

The REC Alpha Pure-RX REC470AA is a 470W solar panel built on REC's N-type heterojunction (HJT) cell technology, using 88 half-cut bifacial cells with gapless spacing for a rated efficiency of 22.6%. The all-black construction pairs an anodised black aluminium frame with a black polymer backsheet, giving a uniform appearance for visible roof areas. The panel measures 1728 x 1205 x 30mm and weighs 22.7kg, cabled with 4mm squared solar cable terminating in Stäubli MC4 connectors from an IP68, 4-diode junction box. A low temperature coefficient of -0.24%/degC for power helps maintain output in warm conditions, and the module is rated to a 55mm hailstone at 33.9 m/s. REC backs the panel with a standard 20-year product warranty and 25-year power warranty guaranteeing at least 92% of rated output at year 25, extendable under REC's ProTrust programme when installed by a certified installer.
