The LONGi Hi-MO X10 Explorer LR7-54HVH-490M is a 490W distribution-focused solar panel with monofacial design and black frame. Engineered on N-type hybrid passivated back-contact (HPBC) technology with TaiRay wafer support, the panel delivers 24.0% module efficiency with 108 half-cut monocrystalline cells arranged 6×18. The 1800×1134mm panel weighs 21.6kg and features 3.2mm coated tempered single-layer glass within an anodised aluminium black frame. At standard test conditions, the module generates an open-circuit voltage of 40.52V and short-circuit current of 15.33A. Maximum system voltage is 1500V DC and operating range spans -40 to +85°C. Power loss remains below 1% in the initial year, declining to 0.35% annually thereafter. An IP68 junction box with three bypass diodes provides electrical safety. The panel is covered by a 15-year materials and workmanship warranty and a 30-year linear power output warranty guaranteeing at least 88.85% of nominal performance.
