The JA Solar JAM66S30-500/MR is a 500W monocrystalline PERC half-cell module built from 132 11BB half-cut cells in a 66-cell single-glass layout with a silver frame. Efficiency is 21.1%. It is 2094mm long with a 35mm frame. The junction box is IP68-rated with 3 diodes, cabling is 4mm2 (IEC) / 12 AWG (UL) terminated in genuine MC4-EVO2 / QC 4.10-35/45 connectors, and the module is rated for 1500V DC systems. It carries a 12-year product warranty with a 25-year linear performance warranty, certified to IEC 61215 and IEC 61730.
