This 505W n-type TOPCon bifacial module uses 120 half-cut monocrystalline cells in a 60-cell double glass layout, finished in an all-black frame for a uniform rooftop appearance. Front-side efficiency is 22.8%, with an additional bifaciality factor of around 80% adding rear-side generation on suitable mounting. It measures 1953x1134x30mm and weighs 27.3kg. Temperature coefficients of -0.25%/°C (Voc) and -0.29%/°C (Pmax) keep output stable in warm weather, and the module is rated for 1500V DC systems with a NOCT of 45°C. It carries a 30-year linear power warranty.
