This 510W bifacial panel uses N-Type TOPCon cell technology across 108 half-cut cells (54x2) in Jinko's Tiger Neo 2.0 line, built with a black anodised aluminium frame and dual-glass construction: a 2.0mm anti-reflective front glass paired with a 2.0mm heat-strengthened rear glass that lets the rear side generate power from reflected light, reducing levelised cost of energy. Bifaciality coefficients are 98±5% for Voc, 80±5% for Isc and 80±5% for Pmax. The module measures 1961x1134x30mm and weighs 27.0kg, rated at 22.93% front-side efficiency with a 1500V DC maximum system voltage. It is certified to withstand 5400 Pa front and 2400 Pa rear static load, and carries IEC 61215:2021 and IEC 61730:2023 certification. The panel carries a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty, with first-year degradation limited to 1% and 0.40% annually thereafter, retaining at least 87.4% of rated output after 30 years.
