The JA Solar DeepBlue 4.0 Pro JAM60D42-530/LB BF is a 530W n-type TOPCon bifacial module built from 120 half-cut monocrystalline cells in a 60-cell double-glass, black-frame layout. Front-side efficiency is 22.7%, with rear-side bifacial gain of around 80%. It is 1134mm wide, 30mm deep and weighs 28.8kg, with an IP68-rated junction box with 3 diodes and 2.0mm front and back glass. Cabling is 4mm2 (IEC) / 12 AWG (UL) terminated in QC 4.10-351 / MC4-EVO2A connectors, and the module is rated for 1500V DC systems with a NOCT of 45°C. It is certified to IEC 61215, IEC 61730, UL 61215 and UL 61730, and carries a 25-year product warranty with a 30-year linear performance warranty.
