This is the low-carbon manufacturing variant of JA Solar's 540W n-type TOPCon bifacial module: 120 half-cut monocrystalline cells in a 60-cell double glass, black frame layout, rated at 23.1% efficiency, produced with a lower manufacturing carbon footprint than the standard line. It measures 2063x1134x30mm and weighs 28.8kg, is IP68-rated at the junction box, and is rated for 1500V DC systems with a NOCT of 45°C and static load ratings of 3600Pa front / 1600Pa rear. It carries a 25-year product warranty with 0.4% annual degradation.
