The JA Solar DeepBlue 4.0 Pro JAM72D40-600/LB is a 600W n-type TOPCon bifacial module built from 144 half-cut monocrystalline cells in a 72-cell double-glass layout with a silver frame. Front-side efficiency is 22.7%, with rear-side bifacial gain of around 80%. It measures 2333 x 1134 x 30mm, weighs 32.5kg, and has an IP68-rated junction box with 3 diodes and 2.0mm front and back glass. Cabling is 4mm2 (IEC) / 12 AWG (UL) terminated in QC 4.10-351 / MC4-EVO2A connectors, and the module is rated for 1500V DC systems with a NOCT of 45°C. It is certified to IEC 61215, IEC 61730, UL 61215 and UL 61730, and carries a 12-year product warranty with a 30-year linear performance warranty.
