Single-core photovoltaic DC cable with a 6mm² Class 5 flexible tinned copper conductor, insulated and sheathed in cross-linked low-smoke zero-halogen (LSOH) material, supplied in a 500m drum length with a black sheath. Rated at 1500V DC (1100V AC) with a maximum voltage of 1.8kV, it carries 70A in free air or 67A when run on a surface. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +120°C, and the cable meets the EN 50618 standard for photovoltaic wiring and is TÜV certified. It is compatible with common MC4-style connectors and is suitable for the wet, damp and humid conditions typical of a rooftop solar installation.
