The Deks Dektite Nulead Multicable DNLS10MB is a lead-and-EPDM cable entry flashing for photovoltaic installations on clay tile and slate roofs. Measuring 490 x 410mm, it carries ten individually sealed channels each accepting a solar cable of 4 to 8mm diameter, so a full string of panel leads can pass through one roof penetration. The acrylic-coated lead apron is fitted beneath the surrounding tiles or slates in the same way as a conventional lead weathering slate, giving a weathertight seal that suits roof pitches from 0 to 45 degrees. Its lead construction is easily dressed by hand to follow the profile of the surrounding tiles or slates.
