The K2 EPDM sealing strip is a self-adhesive rubber strip supplied as a 10m roll, 30mm wide and 3mm thick, in black EPDM. It is applied to the underside of certain K2 roof hooks, such as the SolidHook FLA, to stop the metal bracket bearing directly on roof tiles under load, protecting the tile surface and improving long-term weathering at the contact point. Being self-adhesive on one side, it can be cut to length and fitted by hand during installation without additional fixings. It weighs 0.175kg per roll and is sold in packs of 8 rolls.
