FireFighter® LSZH 430Series Multi-Pair 22awg TIA-485 Control Cables 600 Volts - 100m

This is a 100m reel of Belcom's FireFighter LSZH 430 Series control cable, built for RS-485/TIA-485 communication links such as inverter-to-battery BMS wiring in energy storage installations. The cable uses stranded, tinned copper conductors at 22AWG within a low-smoke, zero-halogen (LSZH) FireFighter SHF-1 outer jacket, grey to RAL 7001. Screening is provided by an aluminium/polyester tape combined with a tinned copper braid giving 65% coverage, plus a 22AWG tinned copper drain wire, to resist electrical interference over longer communication runs. The cable is rated at 600V and for continuous use from -20 to +90 degC, suiting both indoor plant rooms and semi-exposed installation routes. Its low-smoke, halogen-free jacket reduces toxic smoke generation in the event of a fire, an increasingly common requirement for cabling run through communal escape routes and plant areas.
