The EQ2900-M is the master module of Fox ESS's EQ2900 high-voltage battery range, holding 2.88kWh of LiFePO4 storage along with the stack's BMS and communications electronics. It is always the first module installed, with up to six EQ2900-S slave modules added in series behind it for a maximum of 20.16kWh. The module is rated for a life of 6,000 cycles and 90% depth of discharge, communicating with the inverter over CAN. A compact, scalable option for residential systems building up high-voltage storage in smaller steps.
