The Fox ESS S700-G3 is the compact 0.7kW entry-point model from the latest G3 generation of single-phase PV inverters, designed for small residential and cottage installations. It features a single MPPT tracker with a 60V ultra-low start-up voltage to maximise harvest from small arrays up to 1050W, operating across 80–450V DC. Maximum efficiency reaches 97.2%, and the compact, naturally cooled enclosure is rated IP65 and measures just 290×220×116mm, weighing 5.4kg. Wall-mounted indoors or outdoors, it connects to FoxCloud V2.0 app and web portal monitoring via optional WiFi or built-in RS485 connectivity. Anti-islanding protection and insulation monitoring ensure reliable grid-connected operation.
