The Fox ESS CQ7-M-80 is the master module of the CQ7 high-voltage battery system, with a nominal capacity of 7.02kWh per module. A CQ7 system always starts with one master module paired with at least one slave module, and can be expanded with further slave modules to a maximum of 14 modules in series (98.28kWh total). The master module carries the system's CAN communication interface and a 6-LED status display, DC-coupled to a compatible Fox ESS high-voltage hybrid inverter. The battery offers 90% depth of discharge, over 95% round-trip efficiency and a built-in fire protection function, in an IP65-rated enclosure for indoor or outdoor (stand) installation.
