The Fox ESS ECS4100 (CM4100) is the master module of Fox's ECS high-voltage battery range, storing 4.03kWh and designed to stack in series with up to 6 CS4100 slave modules for a maximum 28.21kWh system. It communicates over CAN and RS485 to the host hybrid inverter, manages charge/discharge current up to 50A and carries its own 6-LED status display. The LiFePO4 prismatic-cell pack is rated IP65 for indoor or outdoor stand installation, with a 90% usable depth of discharge and a rated cycle life of 6000 cycles.
