The PQ1-8.0 is Fox ESS's largest stackable all-in-one single-phase hybrid inverter, rated at 8.0kW AC output with a maximum 20kW PV array input across four independent MPP trackers. It features a 4ms seamless switchover to battery backup, active fan cooling to maintain performance, and floor-mounted IP65 rating for indoor or outdoor installation. The inverter achieves 97.62% peak and 97.20% European efficiency, supports battery voltages from 80V to 500V, and is designed for single-person installation as the head unit of a stackable battery system. Remote monitoring through FoxCloud provides full system oversight via Ethernet, WiFi, Bluetooth and optional 4G.
