The SolarEdge Irradiance Sensor (SE1000-SEN-IRR-S1) measures solar irradiance at the installation site over a 0-1500 W/m2 range, giving a 0-1.5V output signal with an accuracy of ±5 W/sq.m ±2.5% of the measured value. It connects to a SolarEdge Commercial Gateway (SE1000-CCG-G-S1, sold separately) for integration into SolarEdge's monitoring platform, where irradiance readings feed the site's performance ratio calculation. The sensor is housed in a powder-coated aluminium enclosure measuring 155 x 85 x 39mm and weighing 350g, is IP65-rated, and operates from -35 to 80°C. It is manufactured for SolarEdge by Ingenieurbüro Mencke & Tegtmeyer GmbH (part number Si-V-1.5TC).
