K2 Hexagon flange nut with serration. Screw thread: M8

The K2 hexagon flange nut with serration is an M8 nut to DIN 6923, used across several K2 mounting systems including SolidRail, SingleRail and the GreenRoof Vento flat-roof system. Its integral flange spreads the clamping load over a wider bearing area than a standard nut, and the serrated underside bites into the mating surface to resist loosening under vibration, without a separate washer. It is made from A2 stainless steel and has a 13mm width across flats for a standard spanner or socket. At 7g each, it is supplied in packs of 100, and is one of the standard M8 fixings used across K2's pitched-roof and flat-roof systems. K2's SpliceFoot assembly instructions list article 1000043 by name as the M8 nut used in that connection.
