K2 Solar Mounting Solidhook Flange

The K2 SolidHook FLA is a roof hook for K2's SolidRail mounting system, designed for flat roof tiles without needing to notch the tiles. It uses a thin, 2mm A2 stainless steel bracket with a non-adjustable height under bracket of 35mm, and packing pieces (for example plywood) can be added between rafter and hook where needed, for a headlap of up to 230mm. Because the bracket is thin, K2 states it has a lower load capacity than other SolidHook variants, and recommends fitting one on every rafter together with a strip of K2 EPDM sealing strip (item 1000105) under the 150mm-wide bracket, so it does not bear directly on the tiles. It weighs 1.02kg and is supplied in packs of 20. K2 does not MCS-certify this particular hook.
