Proteus 16A Double Pole 1 Module Bidirectional C Curve 6kA 30mA Type A Compact RCBO

The Proteus 1CK16 is a double-pole, single-module RCBO combining overcurrent and 30mA residual-current (Type A) protection on a single DIN-rail device. It is rated 16A with a C-curve trip characteristic and a 6kA short-circuit breaking capacity, for protection against overcurrent, short circuit and earth leakage on a 230V AC final circuit. The bidirectional design allows supply from either side, and it is fitted with an 800mm neutral cable with switched neutral as standard, reducing time spent on insulation resistance testing. Terminals accept up to 25mm² incoming cable, and the flame-retardant PBT case is rated IP20. Built to BS EN 61009, it suits use as a single-module protective device in an AC distribution board, including on a solar PV installation's AC side.
