The SolarEdge S1000 power optimizer is a DC-DC converter delivering module-level maximum power point tracking (MPPT) for commercial and large field PV installations. Rated for 1000W input with an absolute maximum of 125V, it delivers up to 18A output at 80V with maximum efficiency of 99.5% and weighted efficiency of 98.8%. The long input variant features a 1.3m input cable. It includes SolarEdge Sense Connect for continuous connector-level monitoring, and built-in SafeDC technology that automatically reduces DC voltage to touch-safe levels on grid or inverter shutdown. The IP68-rated enclosure operates from −40 to +85°C and supports a maximum 1000V system voltage, with MC4 input and output connectors. Backed by a 25-year warranty.
