This is a Synergy Manager for SolarEdge's three-phase inverter range with Synergy technology, for 400V grids in Europe (the family spans SE50K to SE100K). A complete inverter is made up of one Synergy Manager and two or three Synergy Units, which are separate items. This Manager has the DC safety unit fitted, optional rapid shutdown (automatically de-energising DC conductors on AC grid disconnect), built-in arc fault protection, and Type II surge protection on the DC side (integrated, field replaceable) with an AC surge protection kit sold separately. DC connections are MC4 or gland depending on part number. The Synergy Manager measures 360 x 560 x 295mm, weighs 18kg, operates from -40 to +60°C and is rated IP65 for indoor or outdoor mounting.
