The SolarEdge Smart Energy Relay (SEHAZB-DR-SWITCH-2) is a wall-mounted, wireless ZigBee dry-contact relay that switches a connected device - such as a heat pump - on and off according to a SolarEdge inverter's Smart Energy configuration, maximising use of self-generated solar power. It accepts a wide 90-250Vac supply and switches a dry contact rated 0-250Vac/Vdc at up to 13A. Communication is over ZigBee Home Automation at 2.4-2.5GHz with an outdoor range of up to 400m and an indoor range of 50m. The unit measures 110 x 70 x 25mm, is wall mounted, carries an IP30 rating for indoor use, and is covered by a five-year warranty.
