The Solis S6-EH3P20K-H is a three-phase, high-voltage hybrid inverter rated at 20kW, taking a recommended PV array of up to 40kW across 4 MPPT inputs (200-850V range, 20A max per input). It pairs with a 120-800V battery at up to 50A charge/discharge current, and switches to backup power in under 10ms, delivering 1.6x rated power for 10s in off-grid mode. Maximum efficiency is 97.7%, with 97.5% EU weighted efficiency. Measuring 563 x 546 x 250mm and weighing 35.2kg, it is IP66-rated for -25°C to +60°C operation, with a 7-inch LCD display, Bluetooth and app setup, and standard WiFi, LAN, CAN-BMS and RS485-Meter communication.
