Tesla Custom Powerwall 3 Ramp

The Powerwall 3 Custom Ramp is a two-piece collapsible slide-rail ramp used by installers to unload packaged Powerwall 3 battery units directly from a delivery vehicle, removing the need for a tail lift or pallet truck at every site. Each ramp collapses from a 4.1 m working length to 2.8 m for storage and transport, and the pair weighs 27.6 kg together. A packaging clamp locks the rails to the Powerwall 3 shipping crate, and a safety locking mechanism holds the ramp in the deployed position while the unit is guided down. The ramp set is rated to a maximum combined load of 227 kg, comfortably covering a packaged Powerwall 3. It folds flat for storage between jobs and is designed to be reused across multiple installations rather than discarded after a single delivery.
