Ubbink High Tack Sealant is an adhesive formulated to enhance the watertight seal and hold the positioning of Ubiflex flashing at roof abutments, joints and terminations. It needs no special surface preparation, bonds to a wide range of substrates and performs even under damp conditions on site. The formulation is free of isocyanates, solvents and silicones, and is odourless and non-staining, with no adverse reaction on the surfaces it is applied to. It offers high mechanical and dynamic stress resistance together with shock and impact resistance. Supplied as a 68 x 48 x 220mm cartridge weighing 0.53kg.
