The Enphase IQ Gateway Metered (ENV-S-EM-230) is a communications gateway with built-in production and consumption metering for Enphase microinverter systems, using two 100A current transformers for ±1% measurement accuracy. It operates at 230V (single-phase) or 230/400V (three-phase) Wye, 50Hz, drawing up to 5W (typically 3-4W with the Communications Kit fitted). It can poll up to 300 microinverters, and supports up to 4 IQ Battery 5P per phase, or up to 12 IQ Battery 3T / 4 IQ Battery 10T in total. Connectivity is via Wi-Fi, with optional Ethernet or cellular data. It measures 126 x 213 x 45mm, weighs 0.5kg, and mounts on a 12-module DIN rail. Rated IP30, it needs an outdoor-rated enclosure if fitted outside, and operates from -40°C to 65°C. It carries a 5-year warranty.
