The K2 Solarfastener M10x50 with fibre-cement seal is a self-drilling fastener for fixing K2 InsertionRail or SolidRail components through corrugated fibre cement roofing into a steel substructure, without a separate pilot hole. It has a hardened drilling tip, an EPDM sealing washer under the head, and an overall screw length of 195mm, made up of a 130mm shank and a 57mm steel thread section, with an 8mm drill-bit diameter. It gives a clamping range of 124-165mm through the roof build-up, the longest of the fibre-cement fastener range. Made from stainless steel A2, it weighs 0.114kg and is supplied 25 to a box.
